Dalai Lama at Costco . . .

. . . and, no, I don't mean in person. I would be surprised if His Holiness, The Dalai Lama, has ever set foot in a Costco warehouse. But I was happy to find two of his DVDs among the latest and greatest movies being sold at my local Costco.

The cashier at the checkout line told me that she has seen quite a number of the Dalai Lama's DVDs pass through her register that particular day. So don't delay your trip to Costco if you want to find them.

The two DVDs that I found at Costco are
The Art of Peace - Finding Peace Within Ourselves & In The World

and

A Path to Happiness - A Guide to Living ABalanced Life

The Dalai Lama shares his wisdom about finding peace, inner serenity and happiness. His english is not always perfect, nor is the audio on the DVDs. Listen carefully and you will learn much from a great teacher and winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989.

I have to admit that I fell asleep in the middle of the first four hour DVD. Don't try to watch the whole video in one sitting unless you have all the time in the world.
