About The Show

Alison Mundy (Lesley Sharp, Vera Drake, Bob and Rose, The Full Monty) has a gift, but it's a gift that's destroying her life. Ever since she was a child, Alison has seen spirits, but after a near-death experience, they have taken over her life. She finds it hard to keep a grip on reality. When she passes people in the street, she doesn't always know whether they are dead or alive. She lies in bed at night and can't escape the voices that cry out to her.

Robert Bridge (Andrew Lincoln, Love Actually, This Life), Teachers, and Lie With Me), is a psychology lecturer at the university, grieving the loss of his son, Josh, who was killed in a car accident three years ago. Robert was driving the car when it happened and blames himself for Josh's death.

Robert specialises in the study of psychic mediums. Naturally a skeptic, he believes they are dishonest, preying on the emotions of the vulnerable and needy. He begins to study Alison with the intention of writing about her and the people who come to her for help. Spirits Displeased with TomKat Nuptules

Celebrity psychic, Kenny Kingston, predicts doom for the marriage of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes despite the fact that the wedding is being held on a very lucky date -- 18 Nov 06. According to Kingston, the spirits are very displeased with the TomKat union.

"Like many mortals, the spirits think this marriage is unusual and it's doomed from the start. The spirits tell me that, if it all goes ahead, it will be a very short-lived marriage.

They are very displeased with this whole union and they don't like the fact the couple's child was born out of wedlock. "They're all for lovechildren because the spirit world plans them, but this is not a lovechild,” Contactmusic quoted him as saying.

The spirits are telling Kingston that Katie may already be pregnat again,unfortunately.

Psychic Tip Helped US Locate Saddam ??

An Australian news source reports that paranormalist, Uri Geller, believes a psychic tip helped the US to locate Saddam Hussein three years ago. Why does he think so? Apparently Mr Geller worked for the CIA during the Cold War and has inside information on Technical Remote Viewers used by the United States.

"A soldier walked over to a rock, lifted it and then found a trapdoor - and found him in there," the famous Israeli-born spoon-bender said.

"I know that soldier walked to that rock because he got information from a 'viewer' in the US." (Geller)

It comes as no surprise that the US military has no comment.
