Crystal healing bowls are created in various sizes.
Smaller bowls have a higher tone. Tones become increasingly deeper and more resonant as the crystal healing bowl increases in size. All sizes and tones are excellent for shifting energy, chakra balancing, relaxing, clearing and releasing negative energy.

Crystal bowl healing works on the belief that the human body is energy that is held together by sound. Any disease or dis-ease therefore indicates that some sound has gone out of tune.
