Creating Business Success with Feng Shui

Office Feng Shui

According to Feng shui (pronounced fung shway) experts, placement is key to business success. Placement of buildings, furnishings and even the clutter on your desk will bring either favorable or unfavorable effects based on the flow of energy in the universe call chi (pronounced chee) and on patterns of yin and yang.

"Wind" and "water" are the literal translation for the Chinese words "feng" and "shui." It is through wind and water that chi flows through nature and the universe. Chi should not be blocked but balanced so that any negative may be offset with positive adjustments.

The practice of Feng Shui techniques in the office will lead to a more comfortable workplace, happier staff, less stress, and increased business volume. Just ask Donald Trump who hired a fung shui master to work with his arcitectural staff. Read more about her at www.punyin.com

Tips for practicing feng shui in your business:

  • Never sit with your back to the door. It symbolically leaves you open for surprise or attack.
  • Keep your workspace clean and clutter-free in order to allow a free flow of feng shui energy throughout the room.
  • Mirrors can be used wisely in your business. For example, a mirror
hung by the cash register symbolises a doubling effect, thus it signifies the doubling of turnover.
  • It is best to avoid an office building with reflective windows. Wealth and prosperity have a hard time entering a reflective building.
  • Never get tempted to have your business name on a carpet or doormat, this is the quickest way to bankruptcy, you will basically have thousands off people stamping their dirty feet all over your business name.
  • If possible, put your computer in the North or West area of your office to enhance your creativity.

Musical medicine of Sacred Harmonies

Modern medicine is great. It saves many lives every day. But sometimes an illness has advanced beyond the point where modern medicine can help and the ill or injured person is faced with death and all the losses that preceed it -- loss of identity and relationships and loss of a person's whole world. These losses can be overwhelming to say the least.

Sacred Harmonies, based in Seattle, WA, provides another kind of medicine that can be profoundly soothing to persons facing death and all the losses associated with it. Sacred Harmonies uses the music of harp and voice at the bedside of the ill or dying "to ease physical, spiritual, and emotional pain, and to create an atmosphere of loving kindness that supports the soul in transition."

"We play our harps for the dying because of our love and appreciation for life. The music provides a voice for this love. We play our harps so the music can accompany and journey with the person who is dying - to ease their fears and surround them with a sense of beauty and blessing. We play our harps for those suffering with pain, anxiety, and dementia, to bring them comfort. Music is a living language that communicates without words. The music carries and accompanies us into the unknown and helps release our fears and attachments. It provides us with beauty, warmth, light, and hints that we are not alone."(Sacred Harmonies)

Astrologer Sues NASA For Smashing Comet

Russian astrologer, Mariana Bai, sued NASA for messing with the balance of the universe with their intentional smashing of a comet with the probe Deep Impact. Bai is quoted as saying "It is obvious that elements of the comet's orbit, and correspondingly the ephemeris, will change after the explosion, which interferes with my astrology work and distorts my horoscope," Marina Bai told the Russian newspaper, Izvetia. (nydailynews.com)

Bai's lawsuit, in a russion court, is asking for ~ $300million -- the approximate cost of the mission.

Will Deep Impact have a deep impact on NASA's pocket book?? Probably not.
". . . New York astrology experts say Bai's lawsuit is just a bunch of space junk. "
